Xiong Ming, was born in 1965. Currently a member of the Italian Artists Union, member of the French Louvre Reproduction Association, member of Fujian Artists Association, member of Zhejiang International Association, and member of American Professional Art Association.
In 1986, he was admitted to the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art).
In 1991, he was assigned to teach at the Education Bureau of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
In 1997, Xiaoshan Education Bureau resigned and entered the professional painting.
In 2003, the work “Wildfire” was selected for the 3rd Zhejiang Oil Painting Exhibition.
In 2008, one month after the Wenchuan earthquake, the oil painting “Out of the Mountain” was completed, and it was donated to the people of Wenchuan through the editorial department of “Art Newspaper” and published in the Art Newspaper.
In July 2011, the Color from China exhibition was held in Milan, Italy, and the Italian Artists Union was added during the exhibition.
In November of the same year, he participated in the 14th West Lake Art Fair.
At the end of 2011, the oil painting “Carnival” was selected as a large-scale painting and calligraphy exhibition commemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
In November 2012, the work “Three Lanes and Seven Alleys” was selected for the Great Master of Righteousness – the First Fujian Freehand Painting Exhibition.
In December, his work was selected for the 16th East Ocean Wave (New Works) Exhibition in Fujian Province.
In November 2013, he participated in the Paris Autumn Art Exhibition.
In 2013, he has signed a contract with the Louvre Museum in France.
In February 2018, a solo exhibition – Shaoyan on the Sea was held at Shanghai First Art Museum.
In May 2019, he participated in the reproduction painting exhibition held by the Louvre Reproduction Association.
In November, his work “The Beginning of a Master” was selected for The 91st American Artists Grand National Exhibition.
In November 2021, the oil painting “Chocolate Ice Cream” won the second prize oil painting at the 93rd American Art Exhibition.
