You Xing

You Xing, formerly known as Zhang Shengxiong, is a keen calligrapher and potter. In 2002, he held a solo sculpture exhibition and was involved in the sculpting of the large plaques for the “Heart Sutra Forest” and the “Cishan Temple” on Lantau Island; his sculptures “Return” and “Self-improvement” were selected for the 11th and 12th National Art Exhibition respectively. He is currently an art advisor to many schools, organizations, and groups, and has been invited to teach sculpture and ceramics courses. He is currently the president of the Hong Kong Carving Art Society and a consultant and member of various art organizations. Currently, he runs the “You Xing Art Workshop” and is engaged in professional art creation and teaching.
