Wu Fuxiang is currently a member of the Guangdong Provincial Couplets and Calligraphy Painting Institute, a director of the Nanguo Calligraphy and Painting Institute in Guangzhou, a member of the Liwan District Artists Association in Guangzhou, and a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association.
His landscape paintings have won numerous awards, including a second prize in the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition (Landscape Painting) and an excellence award at the First Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of Sun Yat-sen University.
