Rong Kequan

Rong Kequan studied under Master Mai Hua San, a Lingnan calligrapher. He has long been engaged in Chinese script design and calligraphy education for film and television.
He is an expert in various calligraphic styles including regular, running, cursive and clerical. His works have been exhibited in seven touring calligraphy exhibitions in Asia and invitational calligraphy exhibitions in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and New York. His works have been collected by many art galleries and museums. He is the original calligrapher of the computer software Chinese font. This font is now popular all over the world and is widely used by various media. He was the winner of the Hong Kong Yu Yai Mei Cup Open Calligraphy Competition.
