Lu Yiming, born in Guangzhou in 1957, is a second-grade national performer. He worked as a professional flute player in Guangdong Opera and Dance Troupe, and served as stage director, performance manager, and deputy director of the light music troupe, specializing in organizing large and small performances. On the way of painting, he studied under Zhao Guochan, the disciple of Qi Baishi’s son, Qi Liangchi. He is good at painting shrimps and bamboos, and his works have been exhibited in many calligraphy and painting exhibitions held in the Cultural Palace.
