Li Ziying, a female of Han ethnicity, was born on July 31, 2015. She is a student at Guicheng Foreign Language School in Nansha District, Foshan City. She received her apprenticeship in calligraphy from the renowned calligrapher, Mr. Li Cilin.
In her academic pursuits, she has earned numerous accolades, including the “Outstanding Homework” special award in the 2021-2022 academic year’s first semester comprehensive practical summer vacation program organized by Guicheng Street for primary and secondary schools. In 2022, she achieved a “Silver Award” in the Jazz Drum category at the national campus art festival, “Yiyao China – Star of Elegance.” Furthermore, she secured the “Special Award” in the individual talent (musical instruments) competition at Guicheng Foreign Language School during the 2022-2023 academic year.
In the realm of calligraphy, she has been recognized as a “Young Calligraphy Prodigy” in various events, including the 7th, 8th, and 9th Guangdong Provincial Elementary and Middle School Students’ Chinese Character Writing Competitions in 2022 and 2023. In 2023, at the “Yuegang-Ao Greater Bay Area Cup” Calligraphy and Painting Competition and AI Calligraphy, she received the “Third Prize” in the “Standard Chinese Characters for Children Group A” category.
In addition to her artistic and academic achievements, she was awarded the “Silver Award” in the Children’s Group A drum project at the 19th Campus Art Education Television Selection in Guangdong Province in 2023. Moreover, she received a “Second Prize” in the painting competition “Sparrow Museum” as part of the 2023 Guicheng Street comprehensive practical “Winter Homework” assessment.
