Liang Guoyan, born in 1977, is a member of the Guangdong Provincial Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of the Guangzhou Hai Zhu District Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association, Executive Director of the Guangzhou Youth Calligraphers Association, a member of the Guangzhou Calligraphers Association, Academician of the Guangdong Branch of the Civil Party Central Academy of Painting, Vice Secretary of the Civil Party Guangzhou Academy of Painting, Deputy Chairman of the Civil Party Yuexiu Commerce and Trade Branch, and a Director of the Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Federation Cultural and Sports Association. He has been immersed in the study of calligraphy since 1984, accumulating over three decades of experience. During his tenure as a director of the Calligraphers Association, he was responsible for planning, organizing, and judging various events, including the first, second, and third editions of the Yangcheng Youth Calligraphy Competition. Additionally, he has actively participated in artistic exchange activities with government agencies, enterprises, and institutions.
