Huang Yinqu, a graduate of the Advanced Studies Program at Guangzhou School of Calligraphy and Painting. She holds various positions, including membership in the Chinese Couplets Association, an expert in calligraphy and painting at the Art Research Institute of the Chinese Couplets Association, a member of the China Forestry Federation Artists Association, a director of the Guangdong Female Artists Association, the Executive Vice President of the Guangdong Lingnan Cultural Heritage Research Institute, the Assistant Director of the Guangdong Couplets Academy, the Vice President of the Dayang Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and the Vice President of the Lingnan Shangya Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
Huang Yinqu’s works have been recognized at national and provincial calligraphy and painting exhibitions, with accolades such as the “China Cup” gold award at the 5th National Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition in 2020 for her piece “Plum Blossoms Through the Snow Fragrance” and the “Special Gold Award” at the 2nd National “Chinagold” Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting, and Seal Engraving Competition in 2021 for her work “Lingnan Spring.” Her artwork “Lingnan Spring Early” was selected for the “Rainbow of Women” National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition held by the China Female Artists Association in 2020.
Her works have been featured in newspapers, magazines, and various media outlets such as Guangzhou Arts, Dian, Liwan Arts, Couplets Family, Haifeng Literature, Guangzhou Daily, and Old People’s Daily. Some of her works have been collected by friends in the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, as well as by domestic companies and friends.
