Founded in 2018, A & C Culture Center, Inc., abbreviation: ACCC (NY Non-Profit Organization 501C3). The office is located in Chinatown, Manhattan, New York City. It was founded by a group of professionals such as artists, professors, lawyers, and businessmen who are enthusiastic about serving the community. They have long been committed to the cultural and artistic exchanges between the United States and China and promote excellent traditional culture.
Mr. Xiong Ming is the executive director and art instructor of the Center.

This course aims to strengthen the basic skills of painting for art lovers and workers.
Tuesday and Wednesday: mainly for adults.
Morning: Structural sketching of the human body.
Afternoon: Dynamic patterns of the human body.
Morning: Calligraphy (Chinese traditional).
Afternoon: Flowers, birds and landscapes (Chinese painting).
Saturday: For students over 12 years old.
Afternoon: Color (no oil painting).
One hour break for 15 minutes, 45 minutes a class.
